It's the law! Before we install a flag pole, in most cases, we will visit your location and determine the best place to install your pole. We will mark the area and call dig safe to make sure no utilities (electrical lines, water pipes, gas pipes, and telephone cables) will be in the way of the foundation. They will visit the site and mark the utility lines making sure your location is free to dig. If a line is in the way we will change the location to make a safe dig. It could be just moving it a foot or two to allow those utilities to be undisturbed.
